Terms of Service

Welcome to Artisans Hub. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform, including the website, mobile app, and related services. By using the platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Platform: the Artisans Hub website, app, and services.
• Customer: a user who books and pays for artisan services.
• Artisan: a skilled professional offering services.
• Booking: a confirmed agreement between a Customer and Artisan.
• Platform Service: the matching, scheduling, and coordination provided by the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under Ghanaian law.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorised access at support@artisanshub.com.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, harassment, off-platform circumvention, false credentials, scraping, impersonation, or breaching Ghanaian law. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

• Provide accurate skill details and service descriptions; submit Ghana Card and credentials for verification.
• Maintain required licences and insurance.
• Deliver services punctually and professionally.
• Resolve disputes in good faith. Artisans are independent contractors, not employees.

• Provide accurate booking details and ensure access to the location.
• Confirm and complete all bookings through the platform.
• Treat artisans with respect and submit honest reviews.

Bookings become binding once both parties agree and the booking is confirmed through the platform. All bookings must be arranged through Artisans Hub; direct off-platform arrangements are prohibited.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for resolution through the dispute process. Artisan cancellations will be communicated through the platform and the booking rescheduled or resolved.

Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine experience. Fake, incentivised, defamatory, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may be removed.

Try to resolve issues directly via in-app messaging. If unresolved after 48 hours, raise a formal dispute. Our team reviews within 5 business days. Artisans Hub's decision is final.

Artisans must submit Ghana Card and credentials before profiles go public. Documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours. False documents result in permanent ban.

All platform content, branding, software, and AI algorithms are the property of Artisans Hub Inc. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display and distribute it on the platform.

Artisans Hub is an intermediary marketplace and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services delivered by Artisans, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of services arranged through the platform in the prior 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations including fraud, abuse, platform circumvention, or repeated unresolved disputes. Voluntary deletion does not reverse actions already taken on the platform.

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

We notify you of material changes at least 7 days in advance via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
