Artisan-specific: trade, portfolio, credentials, Ghana Card, apprenticeship certificates, pricing & availability
Customer-specific: booking details, service preferences, order history, saved artisans
Messages, support tickets, reviews, and service request history

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Device info, usage data, log data, approximate or precise location
Cookies and similar tracking technologies
AI matching signals used to improve recommendations

2. Data Usage

Delivering core features — dashboards, bookings, messaging, identity verification
AI-powered matching with 85–95% accuracy
Processing booking requests and service coordination
Personalisation, platform improvement, and AI model refinement
Communications, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only:

Between platform users (artisan profiles visible to customers; bookings shared with the assigned artisan)
With cloud hosting, identity verification, analytics, and notification providers under strict agreements
For legal, safety, or fraud-investigation reasons when required by Ghanaian law

256-bit TLS/SSL encryption in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive data
